Sam went to his first day of kindergarten today. The morning started a little rough. Sam insisted he didn't need to go, he didn't want any new friends, and I could teach him everything I know. Eventually he relaxed and he had a great morning. His teacher seems great, and he loves his new school. It helps that his best friend is also in his class.

Such an emotional day for all involved! Did you cry? Kindergarten always seems to be that turning point for mothers. As for me, that day has been long gone and I CAN'T WAIT for school to start here! Another two weeks, sigh....I love the picture of Sam sitting at the table...classic!
